Actually testing for anatabine is fairly easy. In fact when they want to see if somebody has been smoking, they don't test for nicotine. Too hard. They instead check for anatabine in the urine.
Maybe you could try asking them. Mention you were getting a reaction when taking it so had it tested. Say it does contain anatabine, but there must be something else in it that you are reacting to. Ask them what the other ingredients are. That might be willing to work with you and change it.
