Look for Itanium architecture to reverse that trend. The others were aging and quickly becoming obsolete. IBM is doing well with Power, but not enough to grow a market as all the other architectures lose ground. So it's not surprising that the market is shrinking.
You might believe that x86 is conquering RISC by pure virtue, but I think RISC failed to keep up with the R&D being put into x86. Itanium is different. Intel puts more R&D into it than any other RISC vendor (including IBM). It won't take long for returns to become fairly obvious.
