For comparative purposes, can you detail how much of each of the companies shares outstanding put $0.00 into the companies?

TGLO is easy 128,395,418 of old shares put $0.00 into the new company.

I would like to know if that is a common occurrence in the sector?

If it is, than we should have $ Billions valuation soon.

If not, well it must be an error, please check again.
