I didn't get why they only had 20,000 shares to begin with. Maybe they had more and was selling them in increments and they just had the last 20k to get rid of. I don't know.

What’s all the fuss over 20,000 shares? Perhaps it was sold from an estate, someone who inherited it and just wanted to get rid of it...

It could be anything and isn’t important, imo...
