Mr Nichols was on the board of Fairwood and business partner with Fred Jones up till he retired a while back. I've often thought that making him the only officer of TGLO during the transition that would allow Fred and others to load up to 5% of shares without reporting. Now they will have to report what they have as insiders regardless. So we will find out soon. Just guessing here.
