hey jerry....are you saying the company may have bought shares in the open market, if so they will be revealed in Form 4.

But what makes you think company or someone is buying shares? Do today's filings provide any indication to this effect?

Just trying to have a grasp of the current development.

It’s a necessary step, shows where TGLO is “parked” while the final structure is put together...form 4s showing that the company has purchased more stock is what you really want to see, could put pps in orbit
