I think it was staged .....give all the perception change had arrived and an agreement of some sorts ??
.....now all past BODs resigned or exited or whatever ....though the group behind it all remains protected it seems.
Unless this is truly quiet time before a big merger acquisition, and not for breadcrumns......there is no reason why the new BODs should be keeping everything a secret from shareholders that invested for the IP that was proven successful

How in the world did CEO Gerald Finken ever get off Scott free and Jeanette Bleecker ....etc during the many months of sabotage against Peregrine Pharmaceuticals ?? Unbelievable that the public has been kept in the dark with all depositions and court records sealed .
Not that it means much but what positive reasons have we been given to vote for this board??
Because, They are experts in manufacturing and Peregrine is a manufacturing company called Avid Bioservices now. Peregrine pharmaceuticals flew away, Very Simple
