PTOP increase they AS but don't need this 6 billion. PTOP have no toxic debts.They need just money to building this great business network with mobicard...you call it dilution,i call it investment.

That is true but it doesn’t mean that all will be dumped into the float. Some will be used to secure loans, pay down debt, etc.
