All that means is that shares are being sold into the market, which is obvious. VNDM is the only one doing it from what I can tell. My guess is that it is old convertible debt that has just come to fruition. Like I said, my guess. Clearly there are more shares in the market now for a few reasons, one of them being VNDM, another would be that some of the large holders that were helping to lock up the float have sold most of their holdings and moved on.
We won't know exactly what VNDM is doing until fins come out. Imo, that may be why we haven't seen them yet. That being said, I think that in the coming weeks the market will absorb them and we will be fine after we see the audited fins with current revenues and forward looking statement. This company has true potential, and so long as they come through on some of these deals (NRA, etc) we will be more than fine.
