JV Partner LPI prefers to use Veolia (see page 6 the 2nd paragraph from bottom). If Uncle POSCO/Samsung takes 2nd to 6th place (ie loser) in the upcoming Corfo Beauty Pageant later this month, then I would think this colossal giant (along with Samsung) is going to take a real long hard look at the entire Maricunga NewCo JV lock stock & barrel. Uncle Posco could crush Fulin and they are 3-4 years ahead of Elon Musk on straight demand for Lithium Carbonate. Uncle POSCO already needs to "steadily" feed a very-hungry increasingly-demanding salivating gigantic Lithium beast back in South Korea, Elon is 2 years from that weighty point of parental responsibility in Nevada. If Kim Jung Un (North Korea) and Moon Jae-in (South Korea) get all kissy-kissy during the upcoming Olympics then I would think by the fall of 2018 there is going to be made available to South Korea nearly a million cheap cheap cheap North Korean workers and having some of them work in the South Korean lithium-battery plus EV car manufacturing industries could be a real possibility. Uncle POSCO could be one of the first conglomerates in South Korea to take advantage of this thaw-in-relations possibility. Samsung requires the most-pure most-perfect lithium supply you can imagine... one mine is definitely going to be able to meet the Samsung specs hands down and that lithium mine is in Chile.
