why will it get ugly on Friday...I expect folks to continue to lose resolve daily. I now believe we may not see the AFs anytime soon. But if I had to guess I'd say mid Oct ot end of Oct...

shimtampa: I agree with you on the Friday piece. If we don't get a communication or AFs by Friday, many people will go postal and/or bail out. Clearly, this will drive down the PPS. I have given them my own personal deadline of October 11th. I truly believe the AFs will be out by then. If they are not and I don't hear anything, I will have to reconsider the position I will hold.

P.S. I have not heard back from Marquee, but will let you know if I do.
