Per your comment...I have always thought that talari shells were scammy...I don't think ifxy is any different...not one of his companies have panned out...I can totally respect that opinion! Not sure it's fair to call them shells or scammy, but that's your view on your thought. Here's what is actual fact and would like your feedback on this. Keep in mind, we're NOT talking about IBM, we're talking about a small business. In 2015 HCTO comes to market with vertical grow facilities using IFXY technology to develop AI, LED and IoT technology in an emerging MJ market. During this period, IFXY is operating in the Smart Grid space...a very expensive and technical market, where they were developing technology to be compliant with a potential partner. To be a small player in a big market, you need a partner. They didn't get one, while still maintaining their "grow" technology with HTCO. IFXY was recognized as a top 20 player in the Smart Grid space. Without a partner, it would actually be to expensive for them to compete. So why would they when they could use this technology developed for smart grid, similar to that of blockchain, safe and secure transfer of data, to grow that business in an emerging MJ market where other companies who were making tea one day and blockchain the next were blowing up? So they restructured the model to move their technology to an emerging space where they can use their global network of relationships to expand their technology. As they have said, they developed vertical grow facilities and now are one of the few in the US to start developing mobile mining units as a crypto company, using their IoT technology from smart grid to provide clients ICO services...using their same developers who developed technology for smart grid. If I had a business in an emerging market, and technology that was a differentiator (disruptor is the market language)...why would I not use it and change my business model so that my company HTCO (now NUVUS) and IFXY (Cryptocurrency) were partners? Why is it that if I develop multiple businesses that I can consolidate as separate entities in an emerging market...does that mean nothing is panning out? Every company needs money to grow whether it's debt or equity funding. Putting money into any small emerging business is a risk for sure! They have mitigated this risk by being in a market that is emerging, while using technology that is easily transcendent across their former space to this space like very few of their competitors can. I HAVE STUDIED THEM IN DEPTH AND AM FAMILIAR WITH THEIR PROCESSES AND WHAT THEY ARE USING! This story is still being written and will play out in the next couple of weeks as their ICO's roll out. They have ben fully transparent, as long as I've been here since September...and I have connected the dots back to 2015. I've had people I know visit them at MJBizCon to see their products and they are what they say they are. There are other factors in the OTC as it relates to PPS beyond anyone's control at this point. Quite honestly, regarding the SEC, there is nothing in their structure or reporting that violates or has any SEC red flags. Anyone stating that has no information that even remotely would suggest that here as this company is set up and being reported. As you can see, they are reporting and the numbers are what they would be for any business entering a new market, especially a small business. They have posted their M&A agreement for all to see. They have discussed exactly what they are doing. It's up to the investor at this point to determine if all the DD from the past 3 months, connecting the dots back to 2015 is something that is worth putting their money into. At these levels, a small investor can risk a little to make a lot...given the development of this company...IFXY! If you are afraid of coins and crypto currency and the SEC, stay away from the ICO, but IFXY still gets the revenue since they are NOT subject to any SEC issues since they are not the company issuing the ICO. That said, I like that Talari is using advisors. I don't think you set up telegram chat rooms and discuss actual approach if you are trying to hide from the SEC. All my DD is listed in my posts so if you are legitimately interested in responding to any of it, all the information is there. Hopeful you will find that information helpful to your point of view. Again, very interested in your take on my points.
