IF IF IF memory strikes me correctly, this was negotiated within the BK case itself so THE JUDGE would be the one to enforce it as it was a court negotiated allowed(REQUIRED?) part of the overall case.
Again though IMHO as it has been suggested here numerous times in the past,NOBODY WANTS THIS CASE RE-OPENED.........
This case IMHO has to stay shut like PANDORA'S BOX, never to come to the surface again showing what truly happened in the TAKING OF WAMU/WMI, far too many have far too much to lose.....
It was also suggested on the other board that th like of TEPPER/SAVITZ ect would take these things on as far as legal issues are concerned at THEIR expense, BUT would, could, and will be paid back by the estate if they do...
Remember they have as much OR MORE to lose or gain as we do.........

PS. Now I am sure some will counter here and say we have no LEGAL arm(litigation comm) any more so no one will, I again suggest the very ones that have the most to lose here will step up to the plate IF IF IF need be, it won't go un answered if it doesn't happen IMHO
