Remember in year 2008, it was illegal for the FDIC to seize the holding company of WaMu. So they have to reconcile those assets with the Estate and the FDIC has not shown us publicly how they intend to maximize those assets. Of course, that will be part of the FDIC final reconciliation of the Estate before closure.
