This is normal. I have two business set up with somewhat similar names as well. This allows for you to maximize tax exemptions as well as protect assets.

Many layers above Delfin.

This is not some simple stock selling play to build something.
The entire FLNG build out is set to $7B.

TGLO is anyone guess why it being bought up. Liability? Pass out massive Preferrd shares to our partners?

Gonna be fun to find out.

All we know now. A drop in the bucket to control this shell



$25k for 70%? Not bad.

Already traded $75k so far today. Delfin is making out big already.

Perhaps Delfin LNG and Fairwood Peninsula Energy Corp. will be merged into Delfin Midstream and then spun off in the future.
