three options about the new "cash offer under negotiations"
why they have changed the "deal" ?
1) they lie since the beginning of the year, they knew that they will never give us a cash offer at a level of 10-25 cents, it was only to attract new investors and keep the longs and that the end of the story.
2) or they could not negotiate this possibility with VC's because VC's dont see the benefits to buy shares of retail shareholders , they represent only 10%, no power, no real rights. So VC's gave them money or are on the point to do it with a very little part to buy shares of retail longs, that would be why they talk about confidential negotiations with individuals.
3) it is a tactic, they did what they can to attract and keep investors, they dont want to put big money to buy shares owned by longs, preferring to use money for team management, prototypes, developments,....
for 2) and 3) I bet there will be a news, maybe big after the proxy vote.
I think they have or will have soon the money.
