That is a fair point but it does appear that Mr Aul is working for Gifa by the way your original email response was worded. Still some ambiguity however as you state. Until we see Gifa on that Finra daily list we can be 100% sure.

It is assumed that William Aul is representing GIFA, simply because he was CC'd in that response. No one was told that William Aul is representing GIFA. But please also note, William Aul is also a Director for American Stock Transfer Co. and could very well be an Assistant Secretary to Pacific Stock Transfer.

It is as clear as daylight who William Aul is representing:

1) FRFS/GIFA does business through Pacific Stock Transfer Co.

2) FRFS/GIFA has nothing to do with American Stock Transfer Co. I don't understand why you even mentioned it here.

3) William Aul is not an Assistant Secretary to Pacific Stock Transfer Co. If he is, his email address should have been "[e-mail] or [e-mail]" just like any other employees' emails of Pacific Stock Transfer Co.

4) Joslyn Claiborne is the Director, Global Operations of Pacific Stock Transfer Company. She possesses higher authority than her assistant secretary. Why would she have copied William Aul for further addressing FRFS/GIFA inquiries assuming William Aul is an Assistant Secretary of Pacific Stock Transfer Co?

There is a POSSIBILITY William Aul represents GIFA, so let us not jump to this being a fact. Verification may be given to that speculation if anyone is bold enough to call Mr. Aul and ask.
So far, no one is up for that.

Just like GIFA, I don't expect William Aul to answer any of the investors' questions regarding his client's company until all of the filings/processes are in place.
