No. That is incorrect. There are thousands of areas of study. Every person is knowledgeable in some areas, and ignorant in others. A person's ignorance can only be measured in terms of a specific area of study, at least without knowing what areas of study that person is familiar with. If you have no awareness that a person is not familiar with any areas of study only then can you say that they are truly ignorant.
