Commissions are killer over here in Canada ($1.25 per contract).

Every Option can be Rolled out. TD Ameritrade is a Pain in the ass if you own more than 3 Strikes as it gives you an error message saying you can only do 2 of them which is BS.
You can do it yourself buy putting in a sell at lets say .10 for for you Jan 5 $12.00 and then a Buy for next weeks $12.50 at .15 and just pay the difference.
Sometimes it takes a while to execute.
