Sorry: this stock is now in the hands of swing traders... I think it is ok as the volumn is still higher than normal... My understanding is that swing traders like stocks with no clear guidance from the company management...
You're probably right. That would be after Feb 22, at which time if they haven't found an independent board member they will be delisted. That's probably what the news will be in March. Thanks.
BTW: nobody should expect news before Middle of March 2018.
