Filings? It's a total pay down of debt throughout 2017 to present. Usually these sub-penny plays have millions upon millions of convertible debentures, and the CEO is clearing the books of PDXP and drastically lowered the AS/OS actually giving up a ton of his own shares. What the filings show is a company cleaning up it's long term liabilities. I don't know what filings you're looking at, but this is an elimination of the dead weight toxic drag on the stock, and it's about ready to take off because of it, and yes it's fixing to shoot right straight into the pennies.
