Just not true though. Most penny stocks don't have fundamental value, therefore there is no bluff. Penny's run on a good story. NOUV is building a nice story here I think...

I emailed Jeff yesterday asking if he could look into getting us up to date with Nevada and the OTC quarterlies, now that the R/M was well underway. I hope he didn't take it the wrong way, I asked as an investor with eyes on the future. I even laid out the process with links, cost, and all. I even gave him a small list of Resident Agents I know out there in case his passed away or something. I'll let you know if I get a reply, or you see it in the PR.
