No one hijack this shell. They did a legal custodianship through the court system and it was awarded to them legally by a judge. Anyone doing there DD knows this. This ticker was abandoned for over 4yrs and was close to being delisted. Thank god they stepped in and partitioned the courts to take control of this abandoned company saving it and all the shareholders from loosing all there investment.
