Very interesting article - DarkPulse was a Scottsdale AZ company and now it is a Manhattan company.

It is odd that being a narcotics officer wasn't listed his LinkedIn profile.

It seems that O'Leary lives in a fantasy world - he morphs into whatever is applicable for his current storyline.

Also, in the article he says, "a Manhattan firm that uses its patented products" - O'Leary/DarkPulse doesn't own any patents.
