I am under the impression that the investor approved RS deadline is March. Does anyone for sure? If I remember correctly it was only approved for one year. Thanks.
so you think that after R/s our market cap although closet to FDA will be down to say 70 million market cap essentially? tough to warrant that... that would be around 17 cents a share as we sit.
My thought is we are at 28 cents we creep up to 48-50 cents and rs then even if we fall back essentially we are back around 30 cents. Thing is if you wait to buy after an rs you could guess wrong and the stock could go the other way.
I dont beleive the thought that we are worth 70 million market cap after r/s
