I can't speak for them, but I know Lawrence is pretty far along in the process and the feedback from his attorneys look promising. Multiple lawsuits by multiple investor groups and the sharing of information and subsequent consolidation of legal actions into a class action suit will be a good thing for common shareholders as we approach the end of the month.
If lawyers are involved, they will get 1/3 of the profits. That is why lawyers are interested in this case. They know how valuable the Banro property is. If Gramercy has common sense, they will avoid the lawsuit by allowing shareholders to keep their shares Either way, it will be a win win for shareholders.
