""among other things, the contractual predicates to payments in the respective agreements have not been met""

I know they make it difficult BUT

If I remember correctly a CIC in fact triggers their payments.........

I may be dead wrong there, as 10 yrs of this BS stacked up in this OL HEAD over this thing is a lot of STUFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

And that is pretty much what all here are suggesting has already taken place, and are assuming that is why the employees claim hearing was cancelled.

May be DEAD ON or may be the cart in front of the horse thing, but this whole thing is only about GUESSES, be they educated or just plain WAG.

Over time many things have LOOKED like something to end up being nothing............

Now its just a gut feeler on my part, but i do think something is in the works.
I'll make no WAG on prices or value and the only time frame i have ever really even half way hung my coat on is FINAL GAVEL DOWN and aprox sept 2018.............

Gut says """SOONER""" and that we get some sort of road map(indication) before long

The seizure of wmb does not in itself constitute a sale within the meaning of the employee contracts. The loss of wmb, the section 363 sale, the transfer of 7 billion in assets to the LT to pay creditors, alone or together do not constitute substantially all the assets of wmi even if the seizure could be construed as a sale under the employee contracts.

10 years....they should have pushed hard from 2008 to dec. 31st 2017.

All you haters seem to forget about the court hearings.

After the famous "closed door" hearing with Nelson and Susman vs 20 Rosens, rosen was exposed with jpm and the fdic.

The shell is not the fair and reasonable.

I am 100% sure LTI is getting that 32 billion. Rosen reactions confirmed it for me.
