I agree with what should be in the first 10q we get.

I think most people are expecting the same as you from the late Q - share structure update & notes information.

Why we think it won't be pretty is we think the company is delaying the Q because they know the share structure & toxic notes are going to both be bad news. With no revenue at that time, how could they not be?

I'm still fond of $OMVS & still have my shares here, but I'm not loading more or advising anyone else to buy until they're current.
