The Clotting Cascade




Now that GTC has multiple programs that pertain to clotting (ATryn and FVIIa), it’s helpful to examine how these proteins work together. There are many diagrams of the clotting cascade similar to this one that show various amounts of detail; I like this one because it contains the essential information without being unduly busy.
