Hell....if so, looks like some Fiduciary Duties need to be met and that takes time and more time so no worries because as long as shareholders send certified letters of various sorts, clearly pointing things out along the way then it is impossible for any deal to go down, unless for fair value to shareholders.

The new BODs took over with PS Targeting IP in their control and what happens next may make or break their careers in how they handle Fiduciary Duties to shareholders and corporation

Brekken's comments were about as meaningful as Steven King's comments about ASTRONOMICAL value. So far all Bavituximab has proven is that is a great tool for Shareholder Dilution.
