T cell dysfunction was the topic that Dr Jedd Wolchok was supposed to talk about on Jan 18 5pm-7pm ...as Dr Wolchok was all set to discuss "Clinical Results of Combined Checkpoint Blockades " so we must keep that in mind for whatever unfolds....
Next, I am very curious about how Peregrine (soon to be Avid Bioservices) chose the ASM timing because since there was that agreement between Ronin Hedge group and the departed BODs they certainly must have had a logical reason given to Ronin Hedge group in order for all to agree last minute ...
Anyhow, Dimitris Skokos, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, USA T Cell Dysfunction and Combination Immunotherapy just so happens to be on the way in Feb 2018 along with many others like Jerry Galon and Immunoscore
"In an effort to promote the Immunoscore in routine clinicalsettings, a worldwide task force was initiated by Dr Galon.
The working group composed of international expert pathologists and immunologists identified a strategy for the organization of a worldwide participation by various groups for the validation of the Immunoscore"
Will I be surprised to hear about a major IP deal Monday ? NO
Should the ultimate price agreed upon possibly be breadcrumbs, fair, great or Astronomical ?
Maybe we know why this was all possibly staged in order to shift out SK that would demand Astronomical (and may have gotten it if more patience was allowed in order to give just a bit more time for Birge and Dr Wolchok and Keystone Feb 2018 presentations re: T cell Dysfunctions and Immunoscore etc to unfold....
This patience seemed to have been stricken down and the only plan may have been was to send Stafford to reduce Astronomical down to something between fair and great!
....I think the puzzle is becoming easier to see and is it possible some DO NOT want any chances taken to have Dr Jedd Wolchok out in public speaking and risk saying remotely anything that can be tied back to Peregrine ....? Hmmmmm, I mean so close to the day of the ASM where something was being voted on or North could well be correct re: important meetings for Dr Wolchok
I like how CDMO ticker rights were secured and who will be complaining after a signed deal and then we find out King was on target: Astronomical .....
One question if anyone knows ...has there ever been a tender offer where like 90% or so of the shares were tenderered and others held out for a better offer and were given a better offer for their shares? I bet it will be difficult for the new BODs to refuse a great deal and not wait for astronomical ....as they say their firuciary duties were met by allowing the quick expansion of Avid Bioservices and "LIKELY" given a sweetheart sidedeal of promised manufacturing rights from someone....
....we may have another Patheon in the making with much promised manufacturing, and CDMO the perfect ticker
