Seems, like CC is doing a better job down South. I am from Illinois and checked several stores about a month and a half back. None had a setup at the counter. One had not sold a jewel in a four or five week period. I checked a few times.
But they may have changed the positioning of the product now. I will have to check a few of the stores again.
