The market don't believe the story here . Just too good to be true . Penny's are like that , maybe 1 in a million is the real things .

Which makes you wonder if the filings were faked.

I have not received a response indicating that the filing was fake, but it is still a possibility.

Also note that there was 3.9 Million in volume the day before the release. (The filing came after the close, there was 3.9 Million before the filing was public.)

It's possible that a group bought in before issuing a fake filing.
