I just feel with all of the stuff that has apparently just been freed up from DB, there are questions that the JUDGE is gonna have concerning those IF IF IF any of those are ours(SMILE INSERTED)
But it all has to do with WHY NOW, WHY after 6 yrs WHY NOW.
It is based mainly on hope but I feel something positive may come out of this, but as well we may not know for a few days after.
Pretty wild to file to be heard on the 7th of DEC and have a court date set for the 4th of Jan pretty darn fast, like it is a HURRY UP Panic THING.........
Could be all kinds of stuff BUT they say it is employee related, but HEY once ya have a judges ear WHO KNOWS
