First, i say this not to diss OMVS, but.... No way in hell... I feel I've been pretty grounded here... Proven myself with my pretty spot on projections.... And I will tell you that there is no way that'll happen... Nothing I've seen from OMVS is THAT good...
It is not likely, even if OMVS was that good, that they'd make that kind of move... And if they did, unlikely they'd hold onto it.... Not that fast... Can it happen? Sure, I've seen wilder things.... To include crap companies do similar stuff... But truth is, investors tend to view stocks on the pink sheets as stocks.....well.... that are found on the pink sheets.... 99% crap... SO.... Any time a stock, even a good one, rises to a price per share above $0.20/share (really, lower than that even as most pink sheet stocks are less than $0.05/share, and most of those are even sub penny stocks), it begins gaining a psychological resistance... Investors start to view it as top heavy for a stock found in the pink sheets...
You have to understand, most stocks on the OTC, especially on the pink sheets, are 99% crap... Not many even pay fundamentals attention at these levels, because face it.... If a company truly were that good, it wouldn't be on the pink sheets/ OTC... No one comes to the ponk sheets/ OTC looking for a quality company... This is why technicals are especially useful in the OTC, because 99% of the fundamentals here are garbage... So technicals are all that's left for momentum traders (IE day traders who get in and out of stocks) to play, and they rule this play ground... Not a lot of long term investors really exist in the OTC... Sure some do like you and I (well, I elsewhere), but as a whole, we're the minority here...
So back to the psychology... When a stock has a high share price, but is on a low tier of the market amongst crap, people perceive it as over priced and bloated (even if it is under valued-- again, at this level, DD and fundamentals are not widely looked into)... So, most stocks rising run into a few hurdles... First and foremost, is uplisting, which requires an audit and a fee, among other requirements... And then regular annual audits thereafter... All this takes time, but now would be a good time to mention the stop sign you have... OMVS is delinquent in filing a financial disclosure... You aren't going anywhere until that's fixed... Much less a regular audit...
Until you get off the pink sheets, you will be judged.... If you're on the pink sheets with a high price per share, you'll be considered either over priced, or people will wonder why you continue to be on the pink sheets (especially with a stop sign).... Red flags get raised... That'll stunt your growth...
Once you do uplist, you will no longer be looked like you're over priced, and now it'll appear your company is legit because they uplisted, got away from the other crap, but subjected themselves to more and regular disclosure...
So you'll find that more times than not (minus freak occasions), a stock has a hard time crossing certain boundries... And it's largely a psychological reason, nothing to do with your company's fundamentals...
I'm in another play long term that just did more revenue in the last quarter then they did all year previously, and the revenue is expected to be a constant, in fact, it's expected to increase significantly... They his $0.235/share and then fell to $0.1112, and now they're turning around again... They however have been working on an audit and uplisting... Goes to show, even stocks with fundamentals are not automatic runners....
Do freak incidents occur..... Yea.... Even garbage runs.... Usually it's all technicals or BS hype/ pumping/ lies....
All I am saying is.... Temper the expectations here.... Even if you do go up in price, it won't be dollars instantaneously.... That's all...
Good luck!
