There it is (again). Jinbo owns "Zhong Ji Ming New Energy Technology Co ltd"
JBZY owns "JB&ZJMY ltd". Two completely different companies. One empty (disclosed in numerous financial reports), the other may have something of value (but not disclosed in any reports). There is no formal documentation that would link JBZY to "ZJMY New Energy Technology Co ltd".
