Overpaid CEO and (unqualified-overpaid) BOD gone. Left behind Avid and IP. Will see what develops from here with new CEO and BOD.

R&D expense and expansion cost for Avid will fall in line now. Need diversified contracts to build out business model pushing forward.

Monetize IP to negate any equity financing.
