Has anyone read the white paper on the BitRubble? As I am wondering if this news from today will really effected QIWI going forward. As Zero Hedge article mentions the Crypto rubble being " nixed " by latest Russian legislation. I need to research this issue. Please read this from today's Zero hedge article. ..
