~ No' "The Six Rule Rule, Statute of Limitation" ~

Actually Began on 12/11/ 2011' ... when The Court Ordered "Mediated Result" was completed and submitted for the Courts Approval, ... which was subsequently approved by the Judge in February of 2012' ...

Here are Just a few of my own' considerations, ... on 12/04/2017, ... (again, submitted within the proper "Six Year Rule" timelines) ... there were TWO' separate submissions Filed', and NOW BOTH of them, have been signed off on in approval by The Judge' ...

One, was for an Omnibus Hearing' basically an open Court audience with the Judge, ... and as 12/04/2017' stated in the doc' requested, "at the Courts earliest convenience" ...

The Other, was for an Extension of the WMI-LT' ...

Both' of these submitted issues' to be addressed on 01/04/2018'

Also, maybe a coincidence ? Maybe NOT' ...

But, DB's letter' was placed on the "Globic" site on 12/11/2017' ... and' ... WMIH-Corp thought that it should have a CC' on 12/11/2017' as well' ...

we'll see, ...
