I've seen many elaborate scams on the OTC. This certainly fits the bill. I don't see this as legit one bit.

I have half of my standard position. I meant to buy earlier under .02 but got lazy as I have been standing back for a while. If it sells off I'll buy more. If it goes up I at least have some.
