The answer is simple... There is a lot of convertible debt right now. There is no way to pay it right now. Debtholders can convert enough shares to reach the AS before BVTK ever sees one profitable penny. And...they have to continue to borrow to keep the doors open. More convertible debt. Lenders don't loan on blue sky gazing.
