they will exercise the warrants but not all of them, 1.2b shares out of the 4.8b will be exercised. There is no reason to do anymore than that

Trump does not need nor want any further lawsuits. The warrants are illegal and I have it confirmed in writing from the SEC. And for the umpeenth time I will not share the info nor the person who informed me that the warrants are illegal.
