The Court assigned, "Examiner", ... signed off on his submission to the Court on November 1st, 2010' ... (which wasn't actually used, by the Court) ... and soon after, on November 12th, 2010' ... Filing # 5885 was submitted to the Court and ultimately received its "Implementation" on March 16th, 2012, Docket # 9901'

... In My Own opinion ?, ... It isn't a case of so much what the "Examiner" did submit ?, ... it's what he DID NOT submit, consider, actually do', or ever question' ...

The Court assigned "Examiner" merely considered a one dimensional view of the debtor, and only looked at actual, "Cash", ... He DID NOT' consider, ... WMI's actual "Corporate Structure", ... WMI's "Securitization Process", ... or any of the, ... WMI Class "Supporting Trusts" ... that were a continuation beyond the TWO' Bankruptcy Filings' ... (a quick look at A&M would or should have created, at a minimum, a curiosity ? ... Right' (nunc-pro-tunc, back to 10/02/2008')

I don't believe that this guy took the time to actually review ONE' actual Washington Mutual, Inc. SEC Filed 10-Q ? or a 10-K ? ... Not to mention, ... "The Preferred Offering ?, The Note Holder Program ?, Commercial Capital Bancorp ?, ... etc, etc, etc, etc, ...

I know that in Nov 2010' the Tranche system had not yet been submitted, ... BUT', ... The "Examiner" reported the Class participants considering only "Cash", on hand' ...

... Quite, An embarrassing and extremely poor work product submitted to the Court' ... in my opinion'

The D.C. Settled "dual tracking" process in Judge Collyer's Court, also Proves this' report to be lacking critical information, and again, an absolute waist of Time & Money' ...

So, Yes' ... In My Own Opinion ?, ... I do believe that, ... his being listed is actually helpful to us ... in an effort to show the Court, what a total load of waisted time and money the "Examiner" was, and that She, Judge Walrath ... was 100% Correct' ... in NOT considering this 356 page role of quite expensive, ... "tp" ...
