Those law suits are trivial. I'm not worried about them. I'm looking forward to the next quarterly report (which I think is February 9, 2018) and the conference call for forward guidance. I suspect the next quarterly report should be very good. It will encompass the Christmas season sales numbers. Retail had a good season this year, because of the employment growth, and the stronger economy in general.
