Glad you asked. I arrive very conservatively.
Let’s say ubqu gets to a revenue of $50m which for JUST HLT is reasonable but you get a free second company here of cryptobuy. Let’s choose a VERY conservative multiple of 10 (would be double if this becomes a momentum play or any big news like uplisting etc). Let’s also assume it gets fully diluted to the 900m shares (and they pay the remainder in a small amount of cash)
That leaves a SP of 50m X 10 / 900m = $.56

Of course some of the assumptions could be conservative and others liberal. But it’s a target.
