i called otc about the new ce rules their example was hiring an attorney to clear up thee information thats what they look 4 which fvrd did . they also suggested to put pressure on the company or lawyer to get straight with otc or the finra. fvrd inc just has a message machine and email. but the real concern is addressed. they also are reporting quarterlys those are the primary checkpoints right?
