$17.20 high for the day so far... No debate about DK underpaying as this is an all stock deal! The two companies involved symbiotically are gaining together Big Spring refinery is clearly making money, located in the heart of the Permian. Infrastructure spending benefits the asphalt segment. DK will break the $40 mark, imo. Could rocket with new money if they would up their dividend to 4%. Regardless they should be generating strong earnings and beat the street.
