Best to sign up with Etrade 6.95 per transaction..no extra 1/2 Scottrade type of Fee percentage!
They also have Level 2 tracking data for a yearly fee 99.00..

Ameritrade was good to go on this stock @ 6.95 / trade...
really the only time Ameritrade blocked me on a trade was in my best interest.....

There are occasions they will tack on a nominal fee for a sale / some trade commission ordeal that amounts to a couple dollars... rare!
