Why would there be dilution? All the debt was forgiven. There are zero liabilities. Debt forgiven by the related party that gets to keep 22,000,000 shares. He forgave ALL the debt, the liabilities. Probably gave back the $25k too, under the table, lol...
No convertibles, no debt...nada...'tis a clean machine.
