In every single communication with the company they state that all collateral shares must be returned!

But no promises that they have not failed on any agreements? =)

Why on earth would SIAF not issue additional shares? Give me one single reason!

Well, Solomons new deal where he gets shares instead of a salary is a nice reason for pushing the share price down by dilution.
